You can set a different period for any single Client in that Client’s settings.

Files are never kept beyond 3 years

Reposha is where documents are collected and worked on, not a permanent archive. If a law or your professional rules ask you to keep records for longer, download them before the period ends. We remind you 30 days ahead, and you can export any Client’s folder at any time.
